Membership Prerequisites

Venture capital members - firm, organization or individuals with venture capital-related business stipulated in its articles of incorporation; demonstrated experience in investment and/or support for pre-IPO companies
Supporting partners - enterprises, groups and/or individuals wishing to support organizations with activities similar to those stated above

Membership requirements	Letters of recommendation from 2 Venture capital members, approval of the Governing Board
Membership fees	Venture capital membership 250 thousand yen Supporting partners 100 thousand yen per membership (Corporations and groups),10 thousand yen per membership(Individuals)
Annual dues	Venture capital membership ixed amount of 200 thousand yen + 1000 yen for every 100 million yen in investment, to a maximum of 2000 thousand yen (minimum of 50000 yen) Supporting partners 100 thousand yen for companies and groups, 10 thousand yen for individuals
Voting rights	Venture capital members - 1 vote; supporting partners - 0 votes
